Our services include, but are not limited to: Credit report analysis Disputing inaccurate or unverifiable information Education on credit-building practices Personalized action plans We do not guarantee specific results, credit score increases, or the removal of specific items.

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive services from Wrights Consulting, clients must: Provide accurate and complete information Sign the required agreement and authorization forms Maintain an active Smart Credit account (or approved alternative)Respond to our requests in a timely manner Submit required documents, such as identification and proof of address Failure to cooperate may result in delays or termination of services.

4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with our services as outlined during the onboarding process. A one-time onboarding fee of $500 is required before service begins (unless otherwise agreed).Monthly service fees (if applicable) will be processed through your selected payment method. All payments are non-refundable once services have started. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and the time invested upfront, Wrights Consulting does not offer refunds after services have commenced.

6. Results Disclaimer

Wrights Consulting does not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, credit score improvement, or the deletion of certain items from your credit reports. All credit situations are unique, and results vary from client to client.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. If a client chooses to terminate services, any fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for service purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wrights Consulting will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for credit decisions made by lenders or other third parties.

10. Governing Law
