ACCESS

You have multiple options for providing Wrights Consulting LLC access to your premises for consulting services: The most convenient method is to leave a key to your premises with Wrights Consulting LLC. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system, please provide access instructions to your Wrights Consulting LLC office.

For your safety, we do not return keys by mail. We ask that customers come to our office and present a picture ID before a key will be released. If it is not possible to leave a key with Wrights Consulting LLC, you may meet the service provider at your premises. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy should Wrights Consulting LLC be unable to access your premises during the preset arrival window. If neither of the above is possible, please make alternate arrangements with our office.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at the time of your consulting service.

A credit card number must be kept on file with our office. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, for each service unless you provide an alternate form of payment at the time of service. Wrights Consulting LLC accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or check.

A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction.

SCHEDULING

Recurring consulting services are scheduled according to priorities discussed during your consultation. One-time services are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. If you forego an in-depth initial consultation, please note that it may take a few sessions to confirm your ongoing needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best serve you and assure you that our services will address areas in need of additional attention as quickly as possible. Some engagements may be subject to a first-time service fee.

We strive to have the same staff members provide your services on a regular basis; however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness, or departure from the company, Wrights Consulting LLC may occasionally provide a replacement consultant.

If, due to the unique nature of your premises or requirements, our service providers are unable to complete your service within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time on your service. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price of services considered heavy or inappropriate to the description submitted at booking. To ensure optimal service, always check the information you entered into the booking form.

ARRIVAL WINDOWS

To ensure quality service for all valued clients, Wrights Consulting LLC cannot specify exact arrival times. Arrival windows allow our consultants to handle all the variables of each day and each engagement without affecting the promises we make to you.

Service provider(s) will arrive within the following timeframes:

When we have a key to the premises, our arrival window is between 8am and 4pm.When we are meeting someone at the premises, we will set a two-hour arrival window between the hours of 8am and 4pm.

FEEDBACK

After each service, you’ll have the opportunity to review the job on a scale from 1-10. Your rating will directly determine the compensation level for the consultants assigned to your engagement. Please take a moment to offer your comments. We value your opinions, and your feedback is essential for us to improve our service and serve you better.

24-HOUR GUARANTEE

Since consulting is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an aspect may not meet your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but Wrights Consulting LLC will happily revisit any area of concern. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your service, and we will do our best to make it right.

GRATUITY

Wrights Consulting LLC never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your consultants. Even posting an online review expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great deal.

CANCELLATION

We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Wrights Consulting LLC requires notice of two business days. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your premises, it will be necessary to charge you up to the full price of your service. All future services will remain unchanged. Please contact our office directly to make schedule changes. Schedule or service changes may not be made through your consultant.

Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one session, please note that our regular one-time service charges will apply.

BREAKAGE/LOSS

Wrights Consulting LLC is bonded and insured. If breakage/loss occurs, notification must be made within 48 hours of service. Key replacement/locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost or miscoded. There is a $100 per location liability limit for key replacement and/or locksmith services.

SUPPLIES

Wrights Consulting LLC uses professional-grade tools and resources to provide your service. However, if you have specific tools or resources you would like us to use, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact our office to discuss prior to your service so we might provide instructions to your consultant.

PETS

Please secure all pets in their travel crates or kennels. Wrights Consulting LLC will treat all pets with respect; however, we cannot be responsible for their escape.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS

For safety and insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder.

We will attempt to access all visible areas necessary for the service.

We cannot move items weighing more than 25 pounds.

We cannot touch or move firearms to provide a service. Clients who own firearms should move them to an area we do not access.

We do not handle bio-hazard materials such as animal/human feces, urine, vomit, blood, or similar substances.

We provide services only in “working spaces,” defined as areas in a premises with air conditioning.

We do not remove or haul away trash, debris, or furniture.
